• Conducts the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of the patients with both minor and major surgical pathologies.
• Recently joined the Vascular Surgery and Transplant Department where the focus mainly on vascular surgical pathologies.

Responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis and management of the patients with both minor and major surgical pathologies under supervision of registrars and consultants. This included informed decisions of therapeutic surgical intervention based on patient history and clinical presentation, up-to-to date scientific evidence and clinical judgement.

Practiced as a fully registered medical practitioner in the General Surgery Department and assisted with the diagnosis and management of general surgical patients.

Rotated in all major departments in GPHC (General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology) which entailed the following:

• Completed daily rounds to check on patients and identify any reasons for concern.
• Wrote detailed and professional progress notes for each patient, outlining notable events and examinations findings.
• Collected labs and test results on patients.
• Assisted patient medication administrations.
• Research project: Classification of Heart Failure at GPHC January 2011 – June 2012
