- Overall Management of all laboratory operations
- Coordinate inspectors for field assignments
- Analysis fuel samples and prepare relevant Analyst certificate, statements and reports as required
- Ensure inspectors are trained and competent to carry out their duties which is to sample test fuel throughout Guyana
- Inventory Management, conduct monthly inventory exercises
- Preparation of Requisition and Purchase order for equipment, consumable and reagents
- Ensure effective management and oversight of all laboratory operations
- Oversee the adherence to proper safety practices in the laboratory
- Provide the necessary assistance to the Head of Division
- Monitor employee performance to identify the need for additional training
- Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Division, the CEO or his nominated representative.
