Telford Layne is a naturally born leader who officially took up leadership roles in his church and community at age fifteen. He has exposure to a vast field of leadership and administration in his own start-up business, NGO, regional non-political, and government bodies relating to policy, health care, and representation.
After 23 years of operating his business, at 47, Telford Layne is now transiting into his second dream career of Human health care and advocacy. Building and facing the new community and global challenges and involvement in a much more profound way in systems and methods of empowering people and creating a healthy developmental environment.
The vehicle toward this second life (Dream) will be through leadership, advocacy, psychology, and policy platform.
