• Signing off all cash related transactions within my limit
• Counting cash for treasury
• Cashier's lock up officer
• Relief treasury custodian
• Relief commercial supervisor

New Accounts Department-

• Signing off all non-cash related transactions such as checking off of new accounts, reactivation and manager's cheques
• Dealing with all e-banking related queries and sending off all e-banking application for processing.
• Providing clarity and solutions to staff on customer related transactions.
• Monitoring the new accounts lines and assisting customers where necessary.
• Ensuring all request and queries regarding the department are handled accurately and timely.
• Handling of all GRA requests.
• Reviewing all corporate accounts before submission to Branch Manager.

Foreign Trade Department-

• Signing off on all wire transfers, drafts, etc.
• Assisting with the completion of wire transfer indemnities and incoming payments.
• Dealing with any customer query regarding foreign trade.

Compliance Department-

• Handling all corrections, queries and requests relating to the New accounts department.
• Relief compliance officer
