  • Plan, prepare and implement work schedule for Marking officers
  • Responsible for the management for over 10 marking officers, fulfilled employee development, revision of human resources policies and procedures, and upgraded all job descriptions and performance standards
  • Prepare monthly reports for the department
  • Prepare injector cans with fuel marker base on the quantity of fuel to be marked and blend markers concentrate to ensure the right specification is obtained
  • Prepare and ensure the implementation of maintenance schedule for injectors and other equipment used in marking exercise
  • Prepare bulk marking reports for sign off by the terminals and, reports for submission to the Manager
  • Assist in training in new Marking Officers

  • Facilitate inventory checks/audits by internal and external auditors and Authentix
  • Liaise with companies to collect information on the timings for bulk marking at terminals.
