  • To coordinate with the operations team on when a cargo is customs released and ready for delivery, then reach out to the client to ask if they are ready to take delivery and also request delivery location. If the client does their own trucking advise them on when it’s okay for trucks to be dispatched.
  • To Make sure all final invoices are dispatched for payments within 48hrs after a service is completed. Also to make sure the customer pay the invoices when they are due and send them their Statement of Account and let them be aware of their balance that is Overdue.
  • To provide 5 Star service to the client and to make sure that they are satisfied all the way round with the service.
