

My expertise in human resources management is adaptive making me able to develop policies and procedures as an organization may need based on its scope and industry specific needs. I am responsible for yearly budget preparation, which includes setting the training objectives for the entire organization. I have conducted job analysis and training needs surveys, which has been used to develop a salary structure, revise the job descriptions and create a training matrix. I have implemented a group medical scheme, staff appraisal systems, electronic management of employee time and attendance and the development of a Human Resources Manual for the agency. During my tenure I have been responsible for the drafting of employment contracts, processing of all National Insurance Scheme claims and management of all disciplinary matters.
