- Executive Support & Administrative to the EMC: Manage executives’ calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Prioritize and handle confidential correspondence, calls, and emails
- Act as the main point of contact between the members and executives
- Scheduling Meetings / Events: Arrange meetings and events
- Ensure all meeting documents are circulated
- Strategic & Project Management Support: Support special projects and initiatives led by executives
- Track project progress and follow up on action items
- Office & Financial Management: Oversee office operations and manage all supplies
- Process and disseminate invoices
- Offer assistant to the Account to reconcile
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts when required
- Prepare salary, NIS & PAYE payments
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize executive-level meetings, board meetings
- Prepare agendas, take minutes
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences
- Arrange catering, venues, and logistics
- Ensure smooth execution of corporate functions and retreats
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive business information with the utmost confidentiality
- Ensure security of all members information
- Other: Assist executives where necessary and provide any other support in or around the office
