- Was able to determined and maintained the correct pH required on the CIL/CIP enabling the efficient adsorption and kinetics of gold dissolution
- Redesigned and Improved the air spargers on all adsorption tanks, thus avoiding from blockages during power outage and increased the required dissolved oxygen, overall increasing the gold recovery and maintained the designed retention time
- Maintained a high standard of performance and adopted a proactive approach to OHS issues to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies and practices
