- Update and maintain all lifting accounts in automated system for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) software within appropriate time-line with details pertaining to payments and sale for crude distributed by tankers/vessels.
- Supervise and examine, release and loading of oil exports/tankers and vessels for lifting and issue release notes.
- Perform lifting equipment integrity inspections and ensure integrity of lifting points.
- Review rigging studies, lifting plan and method statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor production, off take and forecasts, and lifting of oil to ensure that practices are in keeping with relevant policies and standards, and lifting plan.
- Conduct gauging verification for storage vessels and casks by measuring crude contents for quality and quantity (e.g. meters calibration by Bureau of Standards).
- Raise accounts for chargeable losses in crude with relation tore-warehousing/lifting requirements.
- Prepare weekly reports on total movement or displacement of crude and present to relationship specialist manager.
- Liaise with internal Units/Division and represents GRA with external stakeholders.
- Any other related duties assigned.
