  • I facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication on projects, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and timely deliverables.
  • I Contributed to the company's expansion in 2020, with the opening of three new, successful retail stores in Central Georgetown, E.B.D and E.B.E..
  • I owned the responsibility of procurement for the new retail stores.
  • I foster collaboration between internal and external parties on the creative direction and decisions for the branding of our kiosks and our new stores.
  • I provide support and contribution to the creative decisions on the marketing and the look-and-feel aspects of the projects.
  • I function as the contact person for information and direction related to the sales/retail department and projects to internal and external parties.
  • I function as a Project Manager on the Indirect Sales Distribution Plan, to ensure the department is on track with its expansion plans, vendor satisfaction and increased distribution goals for 2021.

Retail Stores Acoustical Solutions.

This is an ongoing initiative designed to address the need for noise reduction and acoustic control in our retail stores.

The goal is to implement a solution to control the soundscape in our stores, that can be applied as a standard in the design plans of all our retail locations now and in the future. After a presentation was put forward, I was granted permission to run a pilot, using the Regent Street store as ground zero. This pilot is in its concept and initiation stage.
