• Nurtured and developed regional and global university linkages to accelerate the Institute's mission — University of Trinidad and Tobago, University of Delaware and University of Aberdeen
• Delivered a 2-hour session on each IED Executive Course — Energy Markets (Primary Delivery by Prof Tamvakis, City University of London), Crude Oil Trading (Primary Delivery by Dr Pouliasis, City University of London) and Energy Transportation and Shipping (Primary Delivery by Prof Alizadeh, City University of London), among others
• Established the financing channels needed to enhance the Institute's energy capacity-building efforts
• Represented the University and IED at local and international fora
